Military Grade Semiconductors

Like space, military applications require circuits with the ability to perform in adverse conditions with extraordinarily high reliability.  Components need to operate and be stored in very harsh conditions ranging from shipboard, onboard aircraft, in highly vibrating ground vehicles, and man-packs.  Hot, dry, wet, cold, and humid environments are common combined with temperature extremes.

Aerospace Semiconductor has circuits installed in a variety of defense aircraft (fighter jets, bombers, helicopters, etc.), as well as in missiles. These include such things as accelerometers, sensor transducers and power conversion modules.
